How to Create a New Automation

There are currently two types of automations that you can create, Keyword Automations or Missed Call Automations.

Keyword Automation: when someone texts a predetermined keyword, the automation will reply with a preset response. For example, a realtor may have a yard sign telling people to text the address of a home to a number, upon receiving this text the automation could reply with the listing.

To setup this automation, 

  • Click the automation icon
  • New Automation
  • Choose "Keyword Auto Responder" under Automation Type
  • Give the automation a name
  • Choose which number this automation will apply to
  • Fill out the keyword the automation should watch for
  • Fill out the response.
  • Save


Missed Call Automation: When a call is missed, this automation will respond with a predetermined response.

To setup this automation, 

  • Click the automation icon
  • New Automation
  • Choose "Missed Call" under Automation Type
  • Give the automation a name
  • Choose which number this automation will apply to
  • Fill out the response.
  • Save
